摘要 考查了非金属元素对能量色散X射线荧光光谱法硫含量油品中测定结果的影响,通过试验得出影响值与非金属含量的定量关系:氯、磷元素对硫含量测定结果的影响比较大,硫含量一定时,氯、磷元素对硫含量测定结果的影响值与其含量呈线性关系;硅元素影响不太大;氮元素对测定结果几乎没有影响。还分析了影响测定结果的原因,为准确测定硫含量提供了可靠的依据。 The impact of non-metallic elements on the measurement of sulfur Content in Oil by X-ray fluorescence spectrum is investigated. The testing shows that the impact is quantitatively correlated to the amount of non-ferric metals. Chlorine and phosphorus have a greater impact on the measurement result, which is in linear relation with their quantities at a given sulfur content. Silicon has a little influence on the measurement while nitrogen has little effect on the results. The causes of impact are analyzed, which provides a reliable basis for the accurate measurement of sulfur.
