摘要 综述了国内外苯类芳烃分离的主要方法——溶剂抽提法和吸附分离法。溶剂抽提法包括Udex,Sulfolane,Arosolvan,IFP以及Formex法,分别介绍了5种溶剂抽提法的工艺流程、操作条件、芳烃回收率及消耗指标;对抽提溶剂进行综合比较,认为环丁砜综合性能最好,其次是N-甲酰吗啉和四乙二醇醚,但N-甲酰吗啉作为抽提溶剂将是新趋势。介绍的吸附分离法是美国UOP公司开发的Parex工艺,包括模拟移动床吸附分离装置、钡离子或钾离子交换的X或Y型沸石吸附剂,甲苯、混合二乙苯、对二乙苯以及1,2,3,4-四氢化萘脱附剂。 The main methods to separate aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene were reviewed comprising solvent extraction and adsorption stripping. Solvent extraction included Udex, Sulfolane, Arosolvan, IFP and Formex methods . The processes, operating conditions, the yield of aromatic hydrocarbon and consumption index were introduced. The solvents for extraction were compared with the order of comprehensive behavior as follows: tetramethylene sulfox-ide > N - formyl morpholine, tetraglycolether, in which N - formyl morpholine used as solvent for extraction would be a new trend. Adsorption stripping introduced was Parex process developed by UOP which included model movable bed adsorption - separation appratus, barium or potassium cation exchanged X or Y zeolite as absorbent, toluene, mixture of diethyl benzenes,para - diethyl benzene and 1,2,3 ,4 - tetrahydronaphthalene as desorption agents.
