摘要
以醋酸乙烯为主单体,丙烯酸酯、不饱和羧酸为辅助单体,引入反应型乳化剂,用过硫酸钾作引发剂经自 由基共聚而成涂布纸粘合剂CP。实际应用表明,本涂布纸粘合剂机械稳定性高,耐候、耐水性好。
In this paper the preparation of CP resin binder for coated paper was described, and monomer selection, influence of emulsifiers on the binder performance were mainly discussed. The binder has better mechanical stability, resistances to chemicals and water. It is suitable for application and process of the coated paper.
