摘要
对高阶统计量方法用于滚动轴承故障特征提取进行了研究,提出了基于双谱估计的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。利用高阶统计量方法做出了滚动轴承故障信号的高阶统计量中的双谱特征图谱。研究表明,双谱可以敏感地监测滚动轴承工作状态的模式,因而可以有效地识别滚动轴承不同的故障特征。
A study was made of the high order statistic method for the extraction of fault features of ball bearings, a fault diagnosis method of ball bearings was proposed based on bispectrum evaluation. The bispectrum feature atlas in the high order statistic of the fault signals of the ball bearings was conducted by using the high order statistic method. The researches show that bispectrum could sensitively monitor the work conditions of ball bearings and could idensify various fault features of ball bearings efficiently.
