摘要
以对-乙酰氧基苯甲酸(PABA),4,4′-二乙酰氧基二苯基丙烷(ABPA)和对苯二甲酸(TPA)为原料,采用熔融缩聚法合成了热致性液晶共聚酯PABA-ABPA-TPA。测定了样品的粘度,求得其相对分子质量,并用DSC、偏光显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对其进行了表征,证明该共聚酯为向列型液晶,在一定的温度范围内有很好的液晶性。在单体的精制和共聚酯的制备方面探索了新的方法。
A series samples of thermotropic liquid crystalline copolyesters of p-acetoxybenzoic acid (PABA), acetoxybiphenol A and therephalic acid were synthesized by melting polycondensation .The TLCPs were characterized by viscosity, DSC, polarized microscope, X-ray diffraction, IR and NMR. The experimental results show that the copolyester exhibits nematic liquid crystallinity. In a certain scope of temperature, the copolyester shows good liquid crystallinility. The experiment explored new way at the side of purification of monomer and polymerization of copolyester.
