摘要
在单色仪的色度测量中,为减少光源对物体直接照射所受外界的干扰,将光纤探头作为光能的收集与传输部件引入测色系统中。该系统利用高压汞灯作光源测试特征波长,系统的测色波长误差小于0 3nm(国际对测色波长误差要求小于0 5nm)。实验结果表明,这种测色系统波长精度高,并有良好的重复性。由于光纤对光谱的非线性衰减的影响而使颜色的测量产生畸变,通过光纤输出端光场的场强分布函数使色度测量得到校正。为了分析系统的测色效果,通过对标准色卡的颜色测定,并与标准值相比较,结果表明,色坐标误差指标小于0 01。本系统可用于颜色检测的实际应用中。
To decreare the interference for the chromatic measuring system, the light source shine straightly on the object, the fiber-optic probe was used as the receiver in the chromatic measuring system. Using the Mercury light as source to measure the special wavelength, it showed that the error of wavelength is less than 0.3 nm,so this system has high precision in wavelength and good duplications. As the non-linear attenuation of optical fiber, a method was used to adjust it, through the measurement to the standard chromatic card, it showed the error of chromatic coordinate of the system was below 0.01.It conforms to the international standard. So this system can be put into applications for the chromatic measurement.
