摘要 为满足粮食调拨的时间及降低调拨成本的要求,设计并实现了一个粮食调拨决策支持系统。该系统通过粮食调拨计划汇总、分配方案制定和粮食运输方案制定等物流过程,给出粮食分配和运输的优化解决方案,最大限度地提供系统的灵活性和可用性,为制定粮食调拨运输方案提供快捷有效的决策支持,同时提供了决策者人工干预的接口。在对比了CS(Cost Scaling),RELAX,RNET,NETFLOW算法实际效率的前提下,选择实现了高效的CS算法。该系统作为粮食行业决策支持系统的子系统已得到实际应用。 A decision support system for grain allocation and transportation was designed and implemented. It includes three steps, grain plan gather, grain allocation blue print formulation and grain transportation blue print formulation. An optimal solution of allocation and transportation would be given, and an manual intervention interface for a policymaker is provided. Highly efficient cost-scaling algorithm is chosen and implemented after comparing with other algorithms such as RELAX, RNET, NETFLOW etc. As a sub-system of the decision support system for grain trade, the system has already been used practically.
