燃油阳极焙烧炉燃烧技术改进的模拟 被引量:2

The numerical simulation of the improved combustion technology in an oil-fired anode baking furnace

摘要 针对燃用重油的阳极焙烧炉燃烧工艺的特点进行分析,将传统的顺流火焰焙烧操作改为逆流火焰焙烧,采用最佳的烟道结构设计,并通过模拟计算获得均匀的炉室温度分布和流场分布,对比分析燃烧技术改进前后的计算结果,验证了改进方案的科学性. The simulation of a structure-optimized oil-fired baking furnace by using an improved operation technology of counter-flow flame instead of concurrent-flow flame was presented on the basis of the analysis of the operation characteristics of oil-fired anode baking furnace. A relative smooth distribution of the temperature and fluid flow in an oil-fired anode-baking furnace was obtained by means of numerical modeling. The result of simulation based on the improved combustion technology in the baking furnace was compared with that of the traditional way . The comparison results show that the ameliorative method is feasible.
