摘要
从微波介质陶瓷的制作中加入Ln系稀土元素微波性能显著提高这一现象出发,结合目前微波介质陶瓷三个主要体系的改性实验结果,采用了大量稀土元素在稀土化学、稀土固体材料学和稀土催化等领域的研究成果,初步探讨了稀土元素对微波介质陶瓷结构的“催化”活性作用.结果表明结构梳理是提高微波性能的主要原因,稀土元素的引入是提高微波介质陶瓷介电性能的有效途径.
The paper studied the reason of the significant improvement of the microwave properties in Ln (rare earth element) doped microwave ceramics system. According to the results of the three main microwave dielectric ceramics systems and the results of research on rare earth chemistry, rare earth material science and rare earth catalysis, the 'catalysis' effects of the Ln (rare earth element) on the structure of microwave dielectric ceramics were discussed, and it was pointed out that the hackling of structure was the main reason for the improvement of microwave properties. The additive of Ln (rare earth element) is an effective method for the improvement of microwave dielectric properties.
