摘要 以国审豫麦49、57、66 和本所高代稳定品系为材料,研究了离子束生物技术对小麦出苗率、单株成穗数、穗粒数、千粒重以及品质性状的影响。结果表明:随着剂量的增加,小麦的出苗率、单株成穗数、穗粒数、千粒重均呈现下降趋势,下降幅度为非直线型,剂量4×1017 N+.cm-2~6×1017 N+.cm-2是小麦干种子反应相对敏感区域,不同品种表现有较大差异;对容重、蛋白质、吸水率、湿面筋均有影响,但差异均不明显。 National authorized wheat varieties Yumai 49 57 66 and some stable strains of luohe Agricultural Technology Institute were used as materials to study. The effects of ion bundle dosage on rate of emergence, spike-bearing numbers per plant, grain numbers per spike, weight per thousand grains and quality characters. The results showed that with the increase of ion bundle dosage, rate of emergence, spike-bearing numbers per plant, grain numbers per spike and weight per thousand grains all trended to decrease, the decrease rate were not linear with the dosage. wheat seeds were more sensitive between 4×1017 N+.cm-2~6×1017 N+. cm-2 rang relatively. The differences between varieties were great and the differences of effects on TW, Protein Content, Water Absorption, Wet Gluten Content were not distinct.
