I 2C-BUS is one of the most widely applied serial communication bus among chips in intelligent systems such as modern consumer products, communication products, and instrumentation. This paper introduces the basic Principle and the operation of I 2C-BUS. An example of chip initialization through I 2C-BUS is also given.
