摘要
提出了虚拟企业仿生化概念及其四种基本仿生化组建模式:专性互利共生模式、兼性互利共生模式、附生模式和寄生模式,并分析了每种模式的特点。建立了虚拟企业仿生化组建模式的四阶段选择模型:定位企业自身能力;分析所需外部能力,确定具有所需外部能力的企业数目;选择虚拟企业仿生化组建模式,以期为企业在组建虚拟企业时提供参考。
The bionic definition of virtual enterprise and the four basic bionic building modes are put forward. The four basic bionic building modes are expert mutualism mode, opportunity mutualism mode, adherence mode and autoeciousness mode. The four-stage choosing model of bionic building modes of virtual enterprise are made, which orienting the competence of the enterprise itself; analysing the needed competence of the enterprise; confirming the number of the needed enterprises; choosing the bionic building mode. This paper can be a reference when enterprise builds virtual enterprise.
