Countermeasures for the Durable Utilization of Groundwater Resources in Botou City

分析了泊头市的地下水资源状况及其开发利用的现状以及由于过度开发地下水资源所引发的水环境问题,提出建立高效的水资源管理体制,积极开源节流,实施地表水与地下水的联合调节,大力推广节水技术,建立节水型社会,以及加强法规体系建设,合理开发与保护地下水资源是确保泊头市地下水资源可持续利用的有效措施。

Through the detailed analysis on the groundwater resources and its present utilization in Botou City, this paper puts forward the coun-termeasures which can effectively ensure the durable utilization of the groundwater resources in the City, that is, the establishment of high-effective management system on water resources; carrying out the project of tapping the new resources and economizing the present expenses;the co-regulation measures between the surface and ground water; the replication of water-saving technology for setting up a water-saving society; to realize the reasonable development and the effective protection for the groundwater resources.
