环保型制冷剂及其配套机油的开发现状与展望

THE DEVELOPMENT PRESENT STATUS AND OUTLOOK FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TYPE REFRIGERANT AND ITS CORRESPONDING REFRIGERATOR OIL

由于含氯烃和大气层中的臭氧反应,破坏了臭氧层内的动态平衡,所以氯氟烃制冷剂正在被氢氟烃制冷剂所取代,与此同时与氢氟烃配套使用的合成油型冷冻机油将取代以往的矿物油。随着环保法规的日益严格,由于氢氟烃是GWP值较大的物质,被视为温室气体,现在正进行研讨新一代的制冷剂,与此同时,不断开发研制新一代的冷冻机油也是非常必要的。

Now, the chlorofluorohydrocarbon refrigerant is being replaced by fluorohydrocarbon refrigerant because the reaction of the chlorohydrocarbon to the ozone in the atmosphere layer break the dynamic equilibrium in the ozone layer. In the meantime, the corresponding synthetic oil type refrigerator oil will be used instead of the previous mineral oil.Along with the increasing strictness of environmental protection law, the new type refrigerant is being developed because the fluorohydrocarbon with bigger GWP is regarded as the warming gas. So, it is necessary to develop continuously the new type refrigerator oil.
