摘要
合成了一种有机碱金属盐,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和氧化腐蚀试验对其在合成油中的抗氧化行为进行评价。DSC测试结果表明:当抗氧剂对,对-二异辛基二苯胺(DODPA)存在时,该碱金属盐不能提高聚α-烯烃的起始氧化温度,但可以大幅度地提高其氧化诱导时间;该添加剂对含有DODPA的季戊四醇酯的起始氧化温度和氧化诱导时间均有大幅度提高。氧化腐蚀试验表明,在芳胺抗氧剂DODPA、N-苯基-α-萘胺的存在下,该碱金属盐可以有效地控制酯类油酸值和粘度的变化。本文还对碱金属盐的抗氧协同机理进行了分析。
An organic alkali metal salt was synthesized, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and oxidation-corrosion test were employed to evaluate its antioxidation performance in synthetic lubricants. The DSC tests indicated, the organic alkali metal salt can increase greatly the oxidation induction time of the PAO containing p,p'-dioctyldiphenylamine (DODPA), although the incipient oxidation temperature stays unchanged; for the pentaerythritol ester, it can increase both the incipient oxidation temperature and the oxidation induction time when DODPA presents. The result of oxidation-corrosion test showed that it can control effectively the increases of acid number and viscosity of the ester lubricant containing DODPA and N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine after oxidation. In addition, the antioxidaton mechanism of the alkali metal salt was also discussed.
