摘要
在HQ-1摩擦磨损试验机上,对比了新型钢铁材料细晶钢和普通45号钢在不同条件下的摩擦磨损情况,试验结果表明:硬度较小的细晶钢比硬度较大的45号钢具有更好的摩擦学性能,其减摩抗磨机理主要是由于晶粒细化的结果。
The HQ-1 is used to test the tribological properties of ultra-fine crystalloid steel and No 45 steel under different conditions. As a result, the rigidity of ultra-fine crystalloid steel is softer than No 45 steel, but its tribological properties are better than that of No 45 steel. The mechanism of friction-reducing & anti-wear is due to the structure of ultra-fine crystalloid.
