摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及X射线能谱仪对20钢火药筒失效样品的断口形貌和显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:开裂主要原因为退火工艺不当导致碳化物粗大并沿晶积聚。
The microstructure and fracture morpholo gy of steel 20 were studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD).The test results showed that the crack is attributed to the carbide coarsening and distributing along grain boundary.The cracking is mainly caused by improper annealing temperature.
