有色金属矿山环境污染现状 有色金属是重要的基础原材料,广泛应用于国民经济和国家安全的各个领域.自改革开放以来,中国有色金属工业得到了迅速发展,1 0种常用有色金属总产量已连续6年居世界第二位.然而,由于长期以来部分有色金属矿山追求短期的经济效益,对矿山的环境保护问题重视不够,造成了严重的环境污染,加之管理监督不善,使矿山环境趋于恶化,尤其是过度及不合理的开采与开发,已对矿山及其周围环境造成了严重的污染及生态破坏.

Non-ferrous metal, as a kind of important basic raw material, have widely used in various fields of the national economy and the state safety. Since the reform and open-up, non-ferrous metal industry has got great achievements, but the surrounding environment of non-ferrous metal deposits are seriously polluted. At present, the basic policy for non-ferrous metal industry is to prevent pollution and protect the environment. Under the current situation of serious environmental pollution around non-ferrous metal mines, we should carry out some effective control measures: to improve the techniques and technology, to strengthen the building of legal system on mine environmental protection, to enhance the implementation of policies in the industry, to strengthen the education and propaganda on the environmental protection, and to rectify and standardize the economic order in non-ferrous metal markets.
