6CrW_2Si钢剪刃加热完全奥氏体化淬火工艺的研究

摘要 对6CrW_2Si 钢剪刃经不同淬火温度的热处理工艺研究表明,980℃加热完全奥氏体化之后,适当地空冷再淬入油中,可以得到全部板条状马氏体组织.淬火后经200~280℃回火处理,与常规热处理工艺比较,抗弯强度相近,硬度提高2~4HRc,冲击韧性提高1倍.按此工艺处理的剪刃,使用寿命是原来的1.6倍. The heat treatment of the shear knife of 6CrW_2Si steel at various quenching temperatures is studied.The results show that all lathed martensite structure can be obtained after pure austeniti- zation at 980℃ by quenching the material into oil after holding it in air for a while.Followed by tempering at 200-280℃,the steel offers a bending strength quite near to that obtained by conven- tional treatments while its hardness is raised by 2-4HRc,and the impact toughness increased twice.The service life of the shear knife treated by this technology is lengthened 1.6 times.
