摘要
在一个买方和一个卖方的两级供应链中,当市场需求固定时,买卖双方可以通过合作协商确定一个合理的价格折扣范围。在此折扣范围内,买方的订货策略可以由单阶段订货改为两阶段订货。结果表明,只要价格折扣合理,两阶段订货策略是对单阶段订货策略的一种改进方法,可以使供应链上的供需双方达到双赢的目的。
A two-level supply chain containing a buyer and a supplier is concerned. When the demand is fixed, the buyer and supplier can determine a reasonable price discount range through the coordination. Within the range of this discount, the buyer's single-stage order tactics can be changed into two-stage one. The result indicates if the price discount is reasonable, two-stage order tactics will be an improvement method with regard to the single-stage one. It can make the buyer and supplier in the chain to achieve the win-win goal.
