P-糖蛋白在不同年龄胃粘膜中表达

目的 研究P -糖蛋白 (P -glycoprotein ,Pgp)基因在不同年龄胃粘膜中的表达及可能的作用。 方法 采用S -P免疫组化方法对胎儿、儿童、成人胃粘膜做Pgp染色 ,检测Pgp的表达和分布。 结果 胎儿、儿童、成人胃粘膜Pgp阳性率分别为 73 %、86%、87%。三个年龄段阳性率无差异显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。Pgp阳性细胞分布于胃粘膜的表层及胃粘膜小凹处。 结论 Pgp是一种保护机制 ,在不同年龄胃粘膜中都高表达 。

Objective To investigate the Pgp gene expression and function in gastric mucous membrane epithelium of different age humans. Methods we tested expression and distrbuting of Pgp gene in gastric mucous membrane epithelium of foetus, children and adult by immunohistochemistry.Results THE expression rate of Pgp gene in gastric mucous membrane epithelium of foetus, children and adult were 73%, 86% and 87% respectively,three were not significant differences among them(P>0.05).The expression positive cells of Pgp gene distributed surface layer of gastric mucous membrane epithelium and gastric pit. Conclusion The high expression of Pgp maybe a protective mechanism in decreasing the injury effect of nonantitumor drug on gastric mucous membrane epithelium .
