摘要
在分析我国抗震设计规范、建筑物重要性分类及相应设防标准的发展演变过程,总结国外抗震规范关 于建筑重要性分类及相应的抗震设防方法的基础上,探讨建筑物重要性标定方法的不足之处.提出了在考虑 地震环境影响的同时,对不同重要性类别的建筑应采用调整设计基准期的方法来提高或降低其设防标准的观 点.
In this paper, the development process of code for seismic design of buildings, classification of importance of buildings and corresponding seismic design criterion of China are analyzed. The classification of importance of buildings and corresponding seismic design method of foreign countries are summarized. On the basis of these, shortcomings of the method to define buildings importance all over the world are discussed. The design reference period of structures is recommended to scale importance factors of structures. And at the same time, earthquake environment, which is seismic hazard characteristics of the region where buildings located, is considered.
