摘要
本文定义了一种新的 Fuzzy 事件及主观概率空间,用数学语言描述了船舶碰撞案件的责任分析过程,给出了判定过失责任比例的数学模型,设计了收集模糊信息的“可能性”咨询法及适用于海事碰撞案件的模糊信息过滤器,为实现计算机辅助判案奠定了理论基础,提供了实用步骤及方法.
This paper defines a new kind of fuzzy event as well as its subjective probability space and describes the process of mathematical analysis of the reliability in the case of collisions at sea. A mathematical model is established for judging the proportion of liability for fault,and a fuzzy information filter is especially designed for maritime collision cases,thus laying a theoretical foundation and providing practical steps and methods for realizing the computer-aided judgement.
