核因子κB在急性胰腺炎全身炎症反应综合征中的作用 被引量：3

摘要 急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP),特别是重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)病情凶险,死亡率高. 在AP从胰腺局部病变至全身炎症反应综合征(systemic in- flammatory response syndrome,SIRS)再至MODS的发展过程中,核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)的过度活化可引起多种炎症反应相关基因的表达上调,导致炎症递质、细胞因子的大量产生,并在细胞因子网络调节中起重要作用,直接影响着AP的发生发展和预后.
