结肠镜常规检查回肠1340例 被引量：1

摘要 目的:评价经结肠镜常规检查回肠的临床价值,提高对回肠疾病的诊断与治疗水平. 方法:结肠镜到达回盲部后采用直接进入法、钩拉进入法、导丝引导进入法插镜至回肠20-70 cm,观察回肠黏膜病变. 结果:1 340例患者1 240例成功插入回肠,成功率为925%, 244例发现了病变,总阳性率为19.7%. 结论:在小肠镜还未推广使用的情况下,结肠镜常规深插对发现回肠末端疾病很有意义.
