国内染料生产及印染企业常见生态问题的分析

Analysis on dyes manufacturing and common ecological problems in dyeing and finishing enterprises of China

自1994年7月德国政府首次发布有关禁用染料的法规以来,Oekostandard100和欧盟EcoLabel每年都有新的有关生态纺织品的法规和技术标准颁布,对我国纺织品和服装的出口带来很多影响。过去10年内,全国染料、助剂、印染行业通过努力,开发了一系列环保型染料和助剂,基本上克服了发达国家的“绿色壁垒”,但仍存在许多生态环保问题,阻碍出口,该文对各地区出入境商检和知名检测机构,以及企业和研究机构所汇集的一些问题作详细分析。

Within the past ten years, dyes and chemicals, dyeing and finishing industries in China have developed series ecological dyes and chemicals, and basically overcome the 'green trade barrier' from the developed countries, for instance Germany. However, many problems concerning ecological and environmental protection have still existed in these fields and block up our exports. So this paper analyses all these problems in details.
