益气、活血药对血管紧张素Ⅱ建立的心肌细胞模型的影响

The Effects of Qi-tonics, Drugs Used to Activate Blood Flow on Cardiac Muscle Cell Model Made by Ang-Ⅱ

目的 研究益气、活血药对心肌细胞模型的影响。方法 血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)作用心肌细胞建立模型,用不同剂量的益气、活血药及其配伍复方进行干预。结果 益气、活血、益气活血药物均有保护心肌细胞的作用,益气活血复方疗效优于益气药和活血药,且较小剂量益气药与较大剂量的活血药配伍后作用明显(P<0.05)。结论在一定条件下,益气药与活血药配伍应用可增强疗效,且存在量效关系。

Objective To study the effects of Qi-tonics, drugs used to activate blood flow on cardiac muscle cell model. Methods The model were set up by Ang-Ⅱ acting on cardiac muscle cell. Then they were intervened with Qi-tonics, drugs used to activate blood flow and their compound prescripition in different dosage separately. Results All the Qi-tonics, drugs used to activate blood flow and their compound prescripition had the function of protecting cardiac muscle cell. The curative effect of drugs for supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation was better than other drugs, and the compound prescription formed by more drugs used to activate blood flow and less Qi-tonics had significant effect (P <0.05). Conclusion On some conditions, the curative effect can be hightened by applying the drugs Used to activate blood flow combined with Qi-tonics, and there is dose-effect relationship in it.
