摘要
目的 研究桑叶中绿原酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 以 Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(9∶91)为流动相,检测波长为 327 nm,流速 1.0 mL/min,采用面积外标法计算。结果 绿原酸进样量在 0.02~2.0 μg 范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为 99.05%(RSD=1.01%,n=9)。结论 本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于桑叶的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Ramulus Mori. Method The chromatographic condition included Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 analysis column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (9∶91), flowing rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was at 327 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the rang of 0.02~2.0 μg, r =0.9999. The average recovery was 99.05% (RSD=1.01%, n =9). Conclusion This method was proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Ramulus Mori.
