HPLC测定番石榴叶及其消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的含量

Determination of Quercetin in Folium Psidii Guajavae and Xiaoke Jiangtang Capsules by HPLC

目的 采用 HPLC 测定番石榴叶及其制剂消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的含量。方法 Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(55∶45);检测波长:372 nm。结果 槲皮素在 0.1～1.0 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数 r=0.9999,平均加样回收率 101.07%,RSD=1.37%(n=5)。结论 方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为番石榴叶及其制剂消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a method for determination of quercetin in Folium Psidii Guajavae and Xiaoke Jiangtang Capsules by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), using methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (55∶45) as the mobile phase and detected at the wavelength of 372 nm. Results Quercetin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.1～1.0μg, r =0.9999. The average recovery was 101.07% and RSD was 1.37% (n =5). Conclusion The method was simple, accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used to determinate quercetin in Folium Psidii Guajavae and Xiaoke Jiangtang Capsules.
