摘要 --在某种意义上讲,产品安全测试就是为了防止事故而做的工作。产品责任就是对由于产品的缺陷造成的危害而应承担的责任。在不同的市场,产品责任问题是根据不同的指令和法律来管理的。在这里,有请Ulrich Boerger博士和Peter L·Winik博士这两位行业专家,对产品责任给我们做一下介绍。
