摘要
本文简要论述了内燃机燃烧室表面温度在缸内瞬态传热及受热件热强度研究中的重要作用.从理论上分析了周期性温度波在缸盖内的传播特性.我们利用自行研制的快速响应表面温度传感器——薄膜热电偶,对 X4105柴油机气缸盖表面周期性温度波进行了实机测试,并对负荷及积炭的影响进行了讨论,得出了有意义的结论.
A brief account is given of the part the study of the surface temperature in the combustion chamber has played in the investigation of the instanstaneous heat transfer within the cylinder and in the study of the strength of the heating parts in the cylinder head.A theoretical analysis is made of the transmission characteristics of the cyclic surface temperature variations in the cylinder head.Real machine measurements of these variations are made with good results in X4105 Diesel's cylinder heads.For this a quick-responding surface temperature sensor—a thin film ther- mocouple is especially developed.And the effect on the engine's load and carbon deposition is also discussed.
