引言
配电自动化系统不但可在无人介入(或少介入)的情况下完成大量重复性工作(例如监视和记录变压器油温和运行情况、升降有载调压装置以调节电压等),而且可以最大限度地挖掘配电网络的潜力使电力公司和用户均能从中受益.
