摘要
电能质量有多个指标,对其归一量化并进行综合评价是衡量电能质量优劣与电价制定的依据之一,也是电力市场的要求。本文分析了两种常用的电能质量评估方法的优缺点,并在其基础上提出了一种新的电能质量评估方法。本方法综合了模糊数学和概率统计方法的优点,使评估结果更加客观、完善。
The power quality contains several indices. These indices need to be unified as an unique index and to be evaluated, which is one of factors of evaluating the power quality and making a price, as well the demand of the electricity markets. On the basis of the analysis of two familiar methods used to e-valuate the power quality, a new method is presented. The new method integrates the virtue of the probability and mathematical statistics with that of the fuzzy mathematics. The result obtained from the new method show that it is more impersonal and perfect, compared with the foregoing methods for power quality evaluation.
