摘要
从功能语义出发,将尺寸分为定形尺寸,定位尺寸,总体尺寸。利用模式库的知识,生成零件的定形尺寸;根据基本体自由度的约束情况,再结合零件的自由度个数,生成零件的实际定位尺寸;接着根据总体尺寸的功能语义生成总体尺寸,从而得到相应的尺寸模型;最后,对尺寸进行相关调整,得到完整、合理的三维尺寸标注解。
Classify all dimensions into size dimensions, location dimensions and general dimensions based on the function semantics. Generate size dimensions by using pattern base. Through the analysis of part degree constraints practice location dimensions are generated considering the total number of part degrees. After generating the general dimensions, the dimension model is got. Finally, adjust these dimensions and make the dimension marking more perfect and rational.
