摘要
介绍了在生产 9吨大容量纺丝项目中采用西门子S7系列PLC设备及Profibus现场总线技术 ,完成大容量纺丝生产中控制联锁、监视、报警任务及生产管理、数据统计工作。实现了纺丝生产的仪电控制一体化。
The control system for large capacity spinning production by using Siemens S7 series PLC equipment and Profibus field bus technology is introduced.In this 9 ton spinning project,the control system achieved functions of control interlock,monitoring,alarm and production management,data statistics,etc.Thus the integration of instrument,electric and control for spinning production is implemented.
