收入分配制度的改革、激励机制的设计,其核心问题就是要考虑人力资本要素参与企业分配,激励人力资本所有者的劳动积极性。通过一个博弈模型来探讨企业分配合约的设计问题。
The reform of the system of income distribution and the devising the system of encourage,its key problem is buman capital participation in distribution and how to encourage their work vigor.The paper inquires into the devising contracts of the distribution according to a game model.
