摘要
根据国外文献将社会资本及其“工作嵌入”观念引入组织员工离职/持研究模型的趋势,界定了基于组保织社会资本视角的组织核心员工,分析了“工作嵌入”模式的组织员工保持机制和策略问题,并提示了基于组织社会资本的“工作嵌入”模式对我国文化背景下组织核心员工保持问题研究的适用性。
According to the research trend on employees' vohuntary turnover retention by introducing social capital and 'job embeddedness'from abroad literature,a definition has been made to the core employees from the social capital perspective,adn an analysis to the mechanism and the relevant strategies of the core employees' retention;and then the applicability is pointed out of using the 'job embeddedness'model to study the core employees retention problems under Chinese traditional cultural background.
