摘要
根据"力化学"原理制备了废胶粉改性沥青。研究了制备工艺、胶粉品种、胶粉尺 寸、相溶剂和添加剂等因素对改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明,研制工艺制备的改性沥青比传 统工艺制备的改性沥青具有更优良的性能;不同胶粉制备的改性沥青性能相差较大,常温助剂 法生产的胶粉(简称常温助剂胶粉)最优,常温法生产的胶粉(简称常温胶粉)次之,冷冻胶 粉最差;不同胶粉尺寸制备的改性沥青性能上没有明显区别;加入相溶剂和添加剂均可以改善 沥青的性能,但存在一最佳含量。对所制备的胶粉改性沥青进行了常规和SHRP测试,完全 达到了JTJ 036-1998中SBS改性沥青C级技术指标。
According to the principle of 'mechanochemical', crumb rubber modified asphalt (CR-MA) with good properties was prepared. The effect of processing technology, the type and the size of crumb rubber, compatibilizer and additive on the properties of CRMA was investigated. Results showed that the properties of CRMA prepared by using new procedure were better than that by con-ventional procedure. Asphalt modified by crumb rubber processing in ambient wet ground method had the best properties. Asphalt modified by crumb rubber processing in ambient ground method had moderate properties. Asphalt modified by crumb rubber processing in cryogenic ground method had the worst properties. A obvious influence of the size of crumb rubber on the properties of CRMA was not observed. The compatibilizer and additive could obviously improve the properties of CRMA. The most suitable content of compatibilizer and additive existed. The properties of CRMA were examined by using GB and SHRP specifications, results indicated that CRMA had met the JTJ 036-1998 C grade index.
