海上船体摇摆对静脉输液操作影响的实验研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨不同海况下船体摇摆对静脉输液操作时间、一次穿刺成功率的影响程度,并提出针对船体不同摇摆度的应对措施。方法选用新西兰兔30只,随机编号;采用潜艇自由度操纵模拟器,模拟4种海况下船体摇摆0°、7°、12°、15°,由30名护士每人分别完成4种船体摇摆度下的兔耳缘静脉穿刺操作。结果船体摇摆小于7°时与陆基操作时间无差异(P>0.05);船体摇摆12°时操作时间明显延长(P<0.01);船体摇摆15°与陆基有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论船体不同摇摆度影响护理工作时效,应分别采取相应措施。 Objective To investigate the effect of ship rocking degree on the duration and one time successful rate of intravenous infusion puncturing and to find adequate ways. Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits were grouped freely and were punctured intravenously into the rabit ear vein by thirty nurses in submarine mimicker under four ship rocking degree. Results When the ship rocking degree is smaller than 7 degree,the duration of intravenously puncturing on the ship is not significantly different from on the land (P>0.05). When the ship rocking degree is greater than 12 degree,the duration of intravenously puncturing is significantly prolonged(P<0.01). When the ship rocking degree is greater than 15 degree, significant difference from on the land (P<0.01). Conclusion Different ship rocking degrees have various effects on intravenous infusion puncturing. It is necessary to use adequate ways.
