摘要
目的从时间、说话、水温三方面研究成人饮用热水后影响口腔温度的因素。方法采用随机实验自身对照方法,对190例成人饮用热水前及饮用热水后0、10、15、20和30min时的口腔温度进行了测定,同时采用自身配对对照方法对其中的42例受试者进行了说话与否的干预试验及对其中的24例受试者给予饮用50℃和60℃水的干预试验。结果与饮用前相比,190例成人饮热水后0、10、15、20min时的口腔平均温度均显著升高(P<0.001),至30min时才无显著性差异(P=0.091);接受说话与否干预试验的42例受试者饮热水后10、15和20min,两组口腔平均温度有显著差异(P<0.05),至30min时两组之间无显著性差异;接受饮用50℃和60%℃水干预试验的24例受试者饮用后0min时,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.001),但在10、15、20和30min时,则无显著差异(P>0.05);可靠性分析说明上述实验参数的可靠性系数α=0.7652,标化后的可靠性系数α=0.8735。结论成人饮用热水后影响口腔温度的主要因素是时间和说话,随着时间的推移影响渐小,至30min时才完全恢复;说话使口腔温度在20min时就恢复。200ml50℃和60℃水对口腔温度的影响差异可忽略。
Objective To observe the influence of drinking hot water on temperature change in adult patients. Methods In a randomized auto-control study in 190 adult patients, oral temperature was measured before drinking hot water and at 0, 10,15 ,20 and 30 min after drinking hot water; self-paired trials were undertaken in another 42 adult patients concerning the effect of talking on temperature change; and still another 24 persons were enrolled in trials of drinking 50℃ and 60℃ water. Results Significant differences in mean oral temperature were detected at 0,10,15 and 20 after drinking hot water (P<0.001) , but nor at 30 min after drinking hot water in the 190 patients. In the 42 patients who underwent the trials concerning the effect of talking on temperature change, no significant difference was found in temperature change at 0 and 30 min (P>0.05) , but the difference was significant at 10, 15 and 20 min (P<0.05). In the 24 adult patients who drank 50℃ and 60℃ water, the difference was significant at 0 min (P<0.001) , and insignificant at 10,15,20 and 30 min (P>0.05). Reliability analysis showed that the reliable coefficient was 0. 765 ,and the standardized reliable coefficient was 0. 8735. Conclusion The key factors influencing oral temperature are time and talking after drinking hot water. Talking can make oral temperature restore in 20 min. Drinking 50℃ or 60℃ hot water has no difference in o-ral temperature.
