显微外科手术治疗股骨头无菌性坏死的护理 被引量：3

摘要 近年来,股骨头无菌性坏死发病率较高,治疗方法甚多,50～60岁以上患者可行人工关节置换术,但对中青年患者,尚系棘手的难题.利用带血管的髂骨块局部转移植入治疗股骨头无菌性坏死,临床验证,术后3个月可代偿原坏死股骨头,有新骨生成,为关节长时间负重奠定了基础[1].我院于1992至2003年,对112例28～42岁患者行该手术治疗,经过3～5年随访,获满意效果,为中青年无菌性股骨头坏死的治疗展示了良好前景,现将有关护理报告如下:
