嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌院内感染及耐药性分析

摘要 目的 了解嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的院内感染及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药情况,指导临床合理用药。 方法 收集海南医学院附属医院呼吸内科2003年6月-2004年6月住院病人痰液分离的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,符合院内感染共50株,采用美国Auto Scan-4自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析。 结果 50株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种常用抗菌药物呈现多重耐药,但对复方新诺明、环丙沙星耐药率较低。 结论 临床标本中嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的分离率有增加的趋势,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌引起的院内感染应引起临床医生及检测人员的高度重视。 Objective To investigate the distribution patterns and antibiotic resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, so as to gaide the rational antibiotics usage in treatment of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, infection. Methods AUTO Scan-4 was used for the identification of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia clinical sputum isolates and test the susceptibility SO isolates were caused by noso-comial infection. Results A total of 50 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia are multi-drug resistant. But the resistant ratios of trimehoprim-sulfamethoxazole,ciprofloxacin are lower. Conclusion The rate of isolating Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strains from clinical samples has been rising.The nosocomial infection of PMA should be paid attention to clinical doctors and inspectors.
