深圳市食品和公共场所从业人员肠道致病菌带菌状况调查 被引量:9

摘要 目的 了解深圳市2003年食品和公共卫生从业人员沙门菌与志贺菌带菌状况,以采取相应卫生管理和控制措施。 方法 参照国标中的沙门菌属和志贺菌属检验方法检测,然后统计分析。 结果从151 452人中检出肠道带菌者665例,总带菌率为0.44%。其中检出沙门菌455例,带菌率为0.30%。共检出7个群25个血清型,德比沙门菌检出率最高,其次为鸭沙门菌和阿贡纳沙门菌,带菌率分别为25.05%、13.13%和10.77%。检出志贺菌210例,带菌率为0.139%,以B群占优势,D群次之,占构成比分别为66.19%和28.57%。 结论 此次检出沙门菌与志贺菌的带菌率(0.30%和0.139%)分别比1998年的0.49%和0.37%有较大下降。表明卫生管理工作取得一定的成效,但仍须努力抓紧抓好,以保障全市人民的健康与安全。 Objective To find corresponding management and control methods for sanitation administration in Shenzhen and investigate the infectious status of Salmonella and Shigella in food and workers engaged in food production in 2003. Methods Samples were tested for detection of Salmonella and Shigella based on the national standard methods, and detection data were analyzed by statistical method. Results 665 carriers were found to be Salmonella and Shigella carriers among 151 452 food and public service workers,and the total positive rate of 0.44% . 455 cases were detected to be Salmonella positive with a positive rate of 0.30% including 7 groups, 25 serotypes. The first three kinds of bacteria detected to be positive among samples are S. drby, S. anatum and S. agona , with the positive rate of 25 .05% ,13 .19% and 10.77% respectively.210 cases were detected to be Shigella positive and the positive rate was 0.139% ,among which the positiive rate of B group and D group was 66.19% and 28.57% .respectively. Conclusion The positive rate of Salmonella and Shigella was 0.30%and 0.139% respectively in 2003,which was significant lower than that of 1998(0.49% and 0.37% ,respectively) .The results demonstrate that the hygienic management has been improved to a certain extent in the last several years. However effective measures have to be adopted for protecting citizen s health and safety.
