广州地区水体环境军团菌污染分布调查

Survey and analysis of contamination status of water body with Legionella pneumophilia in Guangzhou City.

目的 调查广州地区水体环境军团菌污染分布状况。 方法 采取分层抽样方法分别对冷却塔水、二次供水、管网水(出厂水)、地表自然水进行军团菌检测。 结果 冷却塔水军团菌检出率为42.86％,其他水体未检出军团菌。 结论 冷却塔水的军团菌污染严重,应加强监测管理。

Objection Investigate the distribution of legionella contamiantion in water body in Guangzhou area. Method Le-gionella was tested from air-condition cooling tower water, secondary water supply, drinking water and the earth' s surface water by stratified sampling. Results The legionella contamination rate of cooling tower water are 42.86%,others are 0.00%. Conclusion The legionella contamination is very serious in air-condition cooling tower water, and management of menitoring be strengthened.
