The Confucian ethics thought proceeds with social individual and with all social classes, spreads from individuals to the society. Its ultimate goal lies in the stability and harmonious of the society. The social capital of our country drops at present, this causes the serious social crisis. Excavating the deep theory resources in the Confucian ethics thought has very important meanings for us to prevent this kind of crisis and realize the society to be ‘kind managing’.
