棉籽加工预处理新工艺

A new technology of cottonseed pretreatment

采用剥壳机、圆打筛、仁壳分离筛、风筛比重组合分离机等设备 ,组成了一种新型的棉籽加工预处理新工艺。棉籽经过剥壳、分离处理后 ,壳中含仁率小于 1% ,仁中含壳率在 1%左右 ;棉仁经过轧坯浸出后 ,可以降低粕中残油率 ,提高浸出生产能力 10 % ,棉仁粕的蛋白质含量可以达到6 0 %以上 。

This is a new technics of cottonseed pretreatment,which was composed of hulling machine,hull beater,kernel husk separator,screening separation,air-classification and specific gravity separation etc..By using it,after cottonseed hulling and kernel husk separation,the rate of kernel in hull is lower than 1%,and the rate of hull in kernel is lower than 1%,after flaking and solvent extraction,the rate of oil in meal of kernel is reduced,and the production capacity of solvent extraction is improved 10%,the protein content in meal of kernel is higher than 60%,so the value of meal of cottonseed kernel is improved well.
