大型浸出油厂防火安全技术的应用探讨

Application of fire safety techniques in large-scale solvent extraction plants

国内部分大型油厂采用了先进生产工艺、设备 ,溶剂损耗低 ,减少了火灾隐患 ;同时引进的防火安全工艺、装置 ,如浸出车间机械通风、溶剂蒸气封堵、自动喷水灭火系统、泄压装置等等 ,这些工艺、装置的应用有效提高了浸出油厂的防火防爆水平。针对这些工艺、装置的使用现状进行了分析 。

Some of the large-scale extraction plants adopt advanced product technics、equipments,so they are able to reduce solvent wastage and decrease hidden fire troubles.The fire-fighting techniques and instruments such as venting the extraction room、vapor seals、automatic fire -extinguishing sprinkler systems、emergency venting to relieve etc,are simultaneously introduced for safety.The application of them effectively improve the level of those solvent extraction plants against fire and explosion.The application status of such techniques and instruments were analyzed and the problems occuring in the application were also discussed.
