目前,我国农村经济出现了前所未有的好形势,劳动生产力得到了有效利用,许多农民走上了致富道路。然而,农村富余劳动力的转移受多种因素的影响和制约,应采取切实的措施,为农民工就业提供较为宽松的环境,免除农民工就业的后顾之忧,实现农村富余劳动力的有序转移,推动农村经济的稳步发展。

Our country emerges good state in countryside now.Labour force are fully used and a lot of farmers become rich.But the transference of countryside labour power is influenced and limited by many factors. Practical measurement should be taken to provide wide condition for farmers’employment, and to realize the ordering transference of countryside labour fower, bush the development of agricultural economy.
