It is very simple and convenient to complete the process of inoculation for making the seeds of edible fungus by using the small stopper, and those seeds’survival probability is high. The primary composing and working principle of the machine, which is used to make the small stopper, are presented in the paper, and the parameters and structure of primary parts are described, too. The machine has some strong points, such as simple structure, small volume and safe and convenient operating.
