Analysis on Reasons for Unstable Content of Chlorine Ions in Boiler Water and Its Solutions

针对锅水氯根时高时低的不正常现象,分析了组成锅水的盐硝冷凝回水、补给水和加入的两种药剂的水质情况以及锅炉的排污情况,从中发现了引起氯根升高的几个原因,采取相应措施,消除了氯根不稳定的现象,降低了氯根的含量,减缓了钢材的腐蚀。

Based on the abnormally unstable content of chlorine ions in boiler wat er,tlis paper analyzes the circulation condensate and make-up water in boiler wa ter,water quality of the two added chemicals as well as blowdown.Through analysi s,a few reasons for the rise of chloride ions are detected and corresponding mea sures are adopted,which result in the disappearance of unstable chlorine ions,co nsiderable decrease of chlorine ions and further slow-down of corrosion on the s teel.
